We don't charge extra for cleaning or insurance. We would, however, recommend you take out your own insurance in case of cancellation or damage. All payments are via Paypal or Stripe and we charge a deposit of £150 with the balance payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. Any questions or special requirements please let us know.
